This, of course, is difficult in a culture that says, “If you can’t see it and you can’t prove it, it isn’t so.” When Jesus walked this earth to show us how to live he said, “I came to heal the broken-hearted… and to set at liberty them that are bruised” (Luke 4:18). He never failed to heal anyone who asked him. But because we can’t see Him, we forget that He is still in the business of healing the wounds in the spirit.
